Description

The Dell PowerEdge R570 is a revolutionary 2U, single-socket rack server that breaks traditional performance barriers. Designed for large enterprises and data centers, it offers the performance and scalability previously reserved for dual-processor servers, all while maximizing energy efficiency and reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

At its core is the Intel Xeon 6 processor (available in either high-core Efficient-core or high-frequency Performance-core SKUs), providing up to 144 cores in a single socket. This compute density is complemented by ultra-fast DDR5 memory (up to 6400 MT/s) and numerous PCIe Gen5 slots.

The R570 excels in storage density, supporting a massive number of drives, including up to 32 next-generation EDSFF E3.S NVMe SSDs for petabyte-scale, high-speed storage. It is also an adaptable accelerator platform, with robust support for both high-wattage double-wide and low-wattage single-wide GPUs. With a modular design supporting Cold-Aisle (Front I/O) configurations and the new iDRAC10 for advanced management, the R570 is an ideal, versatile platform for virtualization, VDI, and scale-out database environments.
